Next year ElevAero Limited will be amalgamating all its past acquisitions into one entity covering three sites in the Midlands.
ElevAero Limited will be headquartered in Nuneaton including an assembly facility with two further manufacturing sites in Aldridge covering fabrication and machining and Tipton covering composites and composite tooling.
Adam Bartram Managing Director said the decision to consolidate under the ElevAero banner was to give a clear signal to its customers and emphasise its strategic direction in Aerospace and Power Generation Engine Transportation systems, ground support equipment and tooling.
